Terms of Service
JNK Products, LLC and LiquidRoof.com provide all information on an as is basis. All information we believed accurate at time of positing. Neither JNK Product, LLC nor LiquidRoof.com offer any warranty, expressed or implied and all purchases carry ONLY a manufacturers warranty. We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason. Not responsible for misprints or typographical errors.
Shipping
Standard ground shipping is free within the 48 contiguous states to all destinations that are serviced by FedEx, UPS or other ground carriers of our choice. Most orders will be shipped via FedEx ground. We reserve the right to ship orders of 25 gallons or more via freight. If the order is shipped via freight the customer must be at home to receive the shipment, must insure access for a freight truck and advise us of any limitations and must assist in unloading the truck. The consumer is responsible for all additional charges such as, but not limited to limited access fees, change of address fees, re-consignment, lift gate or other charges.
Returns
It is the policy of LiquidRoof.com that all sales are final. However, we may, at our option authorize a return for merchandise that has been in the customers possession for less than 20 days and is still in new and unopened condition. The customer will be responsible for the actual original freight costs and all freight costs associated with returning the items as well as any restocking fees we are assessed by the manufacturer. All returns must be pre approved and must have a return authorization number on the outside of the package. We reserve the right to refuse any return or issue an in-store credit at our discretion.
